Diagnostics/ERP Migration Diagnostic

A new ERP inherits today's broken hand-offs unless someone fixes them first.

Plaith maps how work and data move today, finds what to fix before you migrate and costs it.

What the new ERP will inherit.

Where this quietly leaks across the group.

  • The data is not ready for the new system. The master records drift, the reference values do not match, and the clean-up effort has not been scoped.

  • The steps between finance and the business (approvals, intercompany, month-end close) have no documented owner, so they will land in the new ERP with the same gaps.

  • The go-live date sits close to e-invoicing, and both programmes compete for the same people on the same weeks.

What we look at before you migrate.

  • How work and data move today across the companies in scope, and which hand-offs the new ERP will inherit.
  • The data gaps that will block go-live: master data, reference values, intercompany mappings.
  • The dependencies between the ERP migration and other programmes already live (e-invoicing, finance transformation).

What we need from you: The current ERP's exports (chart of accounts, master data, last month's close), the new ERP's scope document, and two hours with your finance lead plus the ERP programme lead.

A board-ready read, with the fix costed.

  • A flow map across the companies in scope, keyed to the new ERP's processes.
  • A pre-go-live fix list for data, hand-offs and ownership, each costed.
  • A dependency view against e-invoicing and other live programmes.
  • A scope and build price for the top pre-go-live fix, if you want us to build it with you.

Yours to act on, with us or without.

The shape of the engagement.

A clean fence between what you buy and what stays with your team.

In scope

  • Reads how work and data move today and what the new ERP will inherit.
  • Sequences the fixes to make before cutover.
  • Hands your implementation partner a brief grounded in your own numbers.

Out of scope

  • Configure the new ERP.
  • Plan cutover or manage the system integrator.
  • Replace your implementation partner; it works in front of them.

Operators who now build with AI.

The Plaith team has spent 18 years running digital operations for consumer brands including P&G and Coca-Cola, and built a 62-person in-house digital team across six business units, 17 brands and three markets inside a regional conglomerate.

That is the ground the studio stands on. The work it does today is the same discipline, with AI as the intelligence that drives the systems. The diagnostic is the first ten working days of it.

Reservation only. The price is sent with your confirmation email. Payment is 50% on purchase order, 50% on delivery.

What people ask before they reserve.

  • Any current-to-new combination. Common examples: Tally or Zoho to SAP S/4HANA; Dynamics GP to Dynamics 365; Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion; Odoo to NetSuite.

  • After the new ERP is selected and before the migration project is fully mobilised. Running it inside design phase works too; running it after cutover triages the issues that showed up.

  • No. The integrator configures the ERP. This diagnostic reads the operation around it, so what you brief them with is grounded in your own data.

  • No. The report is yours to act on with the integrator, with Plaith, or on your own.

  • The report is yours. If you want us to build the top pre-go-live fix with you, it includes a scope and a build price. There is no obligation attached to the diagnostic.

Reserve a slot. The price lands in your inbox.
